Non-accessible Content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed:
a) Non-compliance with § 10 Paragraph 1 L-BGG
C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structures, or relationships conveyed through page representations cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of certain links cannot be determined from the link text or the link text combined with adjacent content.
Additionally, all PDFs contained on the website are not accessible according to the PAC standard.
There is a lack of descriptions in simple language and possibly a version in sign language.
b) Disproportionate Burden
Making the PDFs accessible and creating the accessibility statement in simple language currently represents a disproportionate burden. Therefore, they are exempted.
c) Content Not Covered by Applicable Legislation
A version in sign language is not mandatory.

Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response from the above contact, you may file a complaint with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form.

The FFG will examine the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the Web Accessibility Act’s provisions, particularly deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements by the federal government or any entity assigned to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations to the federal government or the affected entities and propose measures to eliminate the identified deficiencies.
