Bluecode partners with payment systems around the world to enable global acceptance. All transactions are processed in Europe – always in line with European security and data protection standards.
If your bank is a Bluecode partner, you can connect your account directly.
To use all features without restrictions, we recommend setting up a Bluecode Balance account, which you can easily create in the app.
Yes. You can also use Bluecode with a balance.
Simply create your personal Bluecode Balance in the app and add funds. This way, Bluecode is available to everyone – regardless of your bank.
With Bluecode Balance, you can use all Bluecode features without limitations.
It allows you to:
- Pay by European standards – across Europe and internationally
- Use all features in the app
- Stay in control of your budget and spending
Bluecode Balance is available to anyone in Europe – regardless of your country or your bank.
Yes. Your balance is managed by our partner Calida Financial Ltd., a regulated European e-money institution. To withdraw your balance, please contact Calida support directly:

QR payments are available in many countries across Asia, and our coverage is continuously expanding.
You can always find the latest supported countries on our map or directly in the Bluecode app.
There are two ways to pay with QR codes.
Scan to pay:
- Open the Bluecode app
- Tap the camera icon
- Scan the merchant’s QR code
- Confirm the payment or enter the amount manually

Alipay+ offers really competitive exchange rates. You can always see the current rate in the app before each payment – fully transparent.
